How long does it take to get my custom shirts?
It normally takes about two to three weeks for the shirts to print, ship, and deliver from the date of payment.

Can I add to my order later?
Unfortunately, we are not able to add any shirts to your original order once printing has begun. You will need to place a new order with a minimum quantity of 25 shirts.

What is the difference between a one-color and two-color imprint?
All of our custom shirts can be formatted to one-color, two-color, and sometimes full-color designs. One-color simply means there will be one ink color on the shirt design, and two-color means there will be two ink colors.

Do the sizes run big or small?
The economy and premium shirts run true to size, but the premium shirt is slightly more fitted. To see the size chart from the manufacturer, go here: Economy, Economy Youth, Premium (Youth not available).

Why is the shirt color I selected only available in Adult sizes?
At this time, we do not offer Premium (super soft style) in Youth sizes. You will need to order Economy for the kids.

What is the best way for me to check on my custom shirt order or check tracking?
Contact our design team directly at design@concordiasupply.com. Our team responds to all email correspondence usually within an hour or two, but no later than 1 business day. Our office hours are Monday - Friday from 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pacific Time.

What brand of shirts do you offer?
The Economy shirt uses the Gildan 5000, a classic pre-shrunk, 100% cotton t-shirt with a comfortable fit, ideal for everyday wear. The Premium uses Bella + Canvas 3001/CVC, a premium, unisex t-shirt crafted from a soft, breathable cotton-poly blend, offering a comfortable fit with a modern, stylish look.

What is the minimum quantity for a shirt order?
We require a minimum order of 25 shirts. Must be the same ink colors and design, but the shirt colors & sizes can be mixed.

What shirt sizes are available?
We offer all sizes from Youth XS to Adult XXXXXL and they are all the same price.

How Do I Order Multiple Shirt Colors?
- Add your current first shirt color to your cart
- Select "Add More Shirt Colors" from the popup
- Choose your next shirt color and be sure to keep the same personalized text & ink color(s).
- Repeat for as many shirt colors as you like!
Note: Quantity discounts only apply to shirts that share the same text and ink color(s).

Should I buy Economy or Premium?
Economy is our most popular choice, great for both children and adults; affordable and made with heavier cotton. Premium is recommended for adults and volunteers, this Bella + Canvas shirt offers exceptional softness and quality, making it a favorite that volunteers are excited to wear over and over.

Use the Comments or Additional Customizations field to get extra help from the Concordia Design Team. Request custom shirt or ink colors, add additional text, or changes to the graphics at no extra cost. Add a design to the back of your shirt (a surcharge will apply). The Design Team will be in touch within 1 business day to fulfill your custom request.

Can I upload my own design?
Yes, you can! Please place your order with all of your shirt colors you would like including the sizes and quantities of each. In the customizations box, let us know you will be emailing us the artwork. Then email design@concordiasupply.com and include your order #, if this will be a one-color, two-color, or full-color design, and what ink color(s) you would like if necessary. We will get back to you with a proof within one business day.
