  1. 1. Bottom section of Upright has a hole at the bottom and is smaller at the top. Slide the bottom section of the Upright over the round bushing on the base. Line the hole in the Upright up to the hole in the round bushing. Install the Philips head screw provided through the Upright into the base bushing.
  2. 2. Depress spring button and slide top section of Upright over bottom section of Upright assembly. Rotate top section of upright until spring button pops out through hole in upright.
  3. 3a. Frameless Option – Place steel Holder on top of upright and using knob provided as shown from above.*
  4. 3b. Frame Option – Place steel Holder on top of upright and twist the Frame assembly onto the Upright Assembly as shown from above, making sure to line up the wipes holder and the frame so they face the same direction.*

*The thin metal spacer bracket is optional. When using larger containers it can either be removed (not used), or for sizes in between it can be manually bent up or down as needed to ensure a snug fit for your wipes container.
