Churches Eligible for Charge Account - All established churches are eligible for an open account with Concordia Supply. For new accounts just checkout as normal indicating that you are billing to a church. Just provide all your church information (address, phone etc.) when you checkout and you are set up, it's that easy. We will invoice your order upon shipment, with payment not due for 30 days. If any additional information is required we will contact you immediately.

Delayed Payment- Don't stress about the payment, if paying on a church account you typically have 30 days to pay the invoice, for VBS and Sunday School Curriculum you have even longer (check those sections for details).
Same Day Shipping - We can ship the same day to you order at no extra charge. We process many orders each day, order before 2:00pm PST and clearly specify the date needed on your order so we can get it out the same day. If delivery is particularly crucial you should call us at 1-800-521-0751 to verify stock availability.

Shipping Details - Regular orders typically ship UPS Ground. Small orders may be shipped via USPS Priority or First Class. Express shipping is also available with UPS Next Day, 2-Day, 3-Day. Additional cost will be applied during checkout.
Express orders are shipped same day if ordered by 2:00pm Pacific time. Regular orders are processed and shipped promptly.
